Description
The long-toed water beetles we offer are black and measure under 1/4 to 1/3 of an inch. These beetles are unlike anything else in the aquatic insect hobby. In shape, movement and behavior they are more similar looking to the various desert beetles we offer. They are not adept swimmers, and generally creep along the vegetation and tank bottom looking for algae or other plants to feed on.
