Description
The Giant Asian Mantis Hierodula membranacea has a classic shape. They tend to be green and are as large as any popular hobby mantis gets. This is a great beginner’s species.
Approximately L2/L3 nymphs or so nymphs (have shed their skin about 2 or 3 times, give or take) $17 each. Unsexed. Feeding on fruit flies. Please note that antennae on this species are somewhat fragile and one or both are often shortened or missing. These will regenerate as the mantis molts. Please take this into consideration.
