The Regal Spiderling Dark Morph CB Juvenile spiders offered through this listing are titled on the basis of their mother’s coloration only and she is very unusual among the hundreds of adult regal jumping spiders that I have personally witnessed over the years. The mother of the juvenile spiders listed here has a charcoal to chocolate base color, depending on lighting, with orange markings. The father spider was normal coloration (black and white). No guarantee that the babies will have one color or the other on arrival though, or as they molt and grow, sorry. Just sharing the info for those who care, and many keepers do! Juveniles never have their final coloration and they change in appearance with each molt anyway, and so what you receive in terms of coloration or patterning is not reflective of the eventual coloration your spider will display.

The regal jumping spider Phidippus regius is one of the most popular pet spiders in the arachnid hobby, which is mostly dominated by tarantulas, of course. These natives are one of the largest species in the US though these are not mature specimens.

This listing is for captive-bred Phidippus regius juveniles. These are larger than most regals we typically offer. They were born 9/10/25 and are currently feeding very well on house flies (related products below) or prey of similar size like smallish crickets. We cannot sex them as they haven’t taken on their sexual colorations or characters yet.

Note that photos do not specifically represent the young ones being offered in this listing but instead reflect the specific mother of the spiderlings sold through this listing. Sorry, no requests for photos of available spiders. There are only a handful left and they are priced to sell quickly.
