Description

The Desert Hairy Scorpion Hadrurus arizonensis is the largest US species. Venom is considered relatively mild, similar in pain to that of a bee sting. Buyer beware. This is an aggressive species and will sting if provoked (making feeding time very entertaining, of course).

This listing is for young 2nd or so instar captive-bred desert hairy scorpions. They measure less than an inch and they are currently feeding on small insects including pre-killed house flies, small crickets or roaches, small mealworms, etc. Sold unsexed only. Limit 3 per customer.

Also, this is one of the more sensitive shipping species on the site. Overnight shipping is highly recommended.
