Texas Darkling

Description

Eleodes goryi is the Texas Darkling. It is the most commonly seen species in the genus in that state, and a fun one to see for their shape and smooth elytra. And yet they are uncommonly offered. These medium-sized desert beetles measure about 3/4 of an inch on average, not counting legs.

They can be kept communally with all the other desert beetles we offer on the site. Limit 2 per person until they’re gone.
