Florida Scytodes Spitting Spider

Description

Scytodes spp. are famous for their unique abilities to spit web on their prey. Apparently they produce silk in two parts of their bodies. These ones are from Florida with a legspan of 1 to 2 inches and they are Scytodes longipes. $9 each.

We mainly feed them house flies and small roaches.
