Colonus Jumping Spider Male

Description

The genus Colonus includes medium sized jumping spiders, often with nice patterning and coloration.

Males only sold through this list at $7 each. Size is larger but may very from subadult to adult. No guarantee on exact size, sorry. We don’t see many of these and haven’t researched them much. They are probably C. hesperus.

Currently feeding on D. hydei fruit flies or maybe house fly sized prey.

Note photo is of female spider. Males are a bit more colorful.
