Western Spotted Orbweaver

Description

Neoscona oaxacensis is the Western Spotted Orbweaver spider. Available as juveniles, about half grown.

These do best when offered large cages for them to spin their medium sized webs in. Having attachment points for them to affix their webs to is helpful. We collect these on demand during the late summer and fall months, mainly for researchers. $9 each.

There is variation in the way this species looks, and as they grow and so the photo does not necessarily approximate the coloration or patterning of the individuals we have on hand to ship.
