Mozambique Red Fire Millipede

Out of stock

Centrobolus splendidus have been captive-bred in the US for many years but they rarely make it into the mainstream. Specimens measure about 1/2 of an inch to 3/4 of an inch, and reach an ultimate length of about 3 or so inches. Though small they breed very well and are gorgeous with their red and black, glossy appearance.

These millipedes require a substrate of mixed organic matter (see related products, below). Humidity is important and room temperature is highly recommended for this species. No extra heat!
