Giant Desert Centipede Scolopendra heros

Description

The Giant Desert Centipede Scolopendra heros is the largest US centipede species. These are rarely offered in the hobby. Be very careful to consider the venom level of this species and do your research on bite reports for them.

One per customer per month. It is July. Due to the value of them, ONLY overnight shipping can be chosen at checkout. We will not ship them 2 day and so don’t place the order with that shipping service.

Current specimen is large at around about 6 inches in length, on average (see all the “approximations” in that sentence?). They have the common orange and black coloration, as pictured. Unsexed only. One per customer, per month. Not for children. Venomous.
