Funnel Web Wolf Spider

Description

The funnel web wolf spider is rarely available. Ours appear to be Sosippus californicus. This is a very pretty species.

The behavior of these unusual wolf spiders in terms of webbing/hunting is like that of grass spiders (Agelenidae). They run a sheet of web out with a tunnel that they recess into.

Currently available as immatures with legspans around 1 inches, unsexed.
