Striped Feather Boa Millipede

Description

Striped Feather Boa Millipedes, Gosodesmus claremontus, hail from California. We also carry a different regional color form of this same species from time to time (pink feather boas).

Specimens grow to about an inch and usually measure around 1/2 inch at shipping.

Millipedes require a substrate of mixed organic matter and these in particular feed on decomposing wood and more likely the microscopic fungus that grows on them.
