Description
Spirostreptus sp. #1 is a round millipede that coils itself three dimensionally. This configuration is referred to as “globular” in contrast to the more familiar disc-shaped coilers. This species has been in the US hobby for many years, but is rarely mentioned or offered. It seems to grow to about 6 inches though one German website lists them as reaching 8 inches.
Coloration for these captive-bred specimens is pale green and orange creamsicle bands.

Specimens are well started at around 1 to 2 inches in length.
