Ironclad Beetle Zopherus haldemani (one per customer)

These beetles are VERY rarely available, but we love darkling and ironclad beetles and go to great lengths to acquire them. Like death-feigning (darkling) beetles, these ironclads will play dead.

These are large beetles, about an inch in length, colorful and with fun personalities. They apparently eat lichen in nature.
