Colonus Jumping Spider

Description

The genus Colonus includes medium sized jumping spiders, often with nice patterning and coloration.

Juveniles sold unsexed for $8 each. No guarantee on genus, species, sex or coloration, sorry. We don’t see many of these and haven’t researched them much. They are probably C. hesperus.

Currently feeding on D. hydei fruit flies or similarly sized prey.
