Brunner’s Stick Mantis

$18.00

Out of stock

Cousin to the ghost mantis.

Description

Brunneria borealis is a really unique species. Females of this species, as stick-insects are able to do, reproduce parthenogenetically. They reach about 4 inches in length and have long, thin bodies. They are a pale, tan color in the early instars and eventually phase to green as they get older and mature. They have only vestigial wings and are incapable of flight. Truly an odd species and native to the US!

$18 each. Available as L3 or so nymphs (have shed their skin around two times). They measure about an inch long and are currently being fed fruit flies.
