Bejeweled Caterpillar Hunter Beetle

Description

Another awesome ground beetle species, this is Calosoma sayi. They are slightly smaller than the green and black caterpillar hunters we have been offering on the site on average but their elytra have striae and are bejeweled with small metallic red spots.
