Description

These are the containers the hobby uses to culture fruit flies. They are 5 5/8 inches tall and the opening/lid is 4.5 inches in diameter. The cups are transparent (and new) but it’s not unusual for them to have small scratches or blemishes due to the manufacturing process. They’re just cheap deli cups, not museum quality displays. 😉 The lid of the cup has holes in it which are covered by a layer of fiber which allows air transfer/ventilation for your pets but without the possibility of escapees. They are perfect for raising many pet insects. These are used for hatching out mantis egg cases and a single mantis of most hobby species can complete its life cycle in one of these cups.
