Velvet Ant Mimic Spider

Description

One of my personal favorites, and at least one species in the genus Castianeira is thought to be a velvet ant mimic spider. While some of the specimens we offer may not be C. dorsata, some will be. They are all cool and they are ant mimics of one kind or another, we believe, and though they have maybe the legspan of a dime or so they are an arachnid novelty.
