Panther Mantis

Description

Tarachodula pantherina the panther mantis is a stout, medium sized mantis. As pictures on the internet usually reflect, they always seem to hug the ground or hug twigs and branches that they are able to blend in well with. They ambush prey from this position. This species is more colorful than pictures sometimes reflect.

Available as 2nd or 3rd instar nymphs (immatures that have shed their skin one or two times). They are small and still feeding on fruit flies.
