The Western Parson Spider, Herpyllus propinquus, is a fast moving spider that wanders in search of prey. Their markings are very pretty as you can see at the bugguide link below. Legspan does not seem to exceed 3/4 of an inch. Usually we ship them at around 1/2 inch.
