Pink Dragon Millipede

Description

Pink Dragon Millipedes are Desmoxytes planata. These captive-bred millipedes top out at just over an inch, but their pink coloration and armored appearance more than make up for their diminutive size.

Immatures available at 1/4 to 1/2 inch, on average. $7 each.

Note: this is not a pet for children and be careful with them around your pets. They secrete hydrogen cyanide and you must take care not to eat them, or get their secretions in your eyes, nose or throat. Handling them is not advised. The secretion smells like almond/amaretto.
