The Hairy Robot Beetle Junior is an even smaller species than the Edrotes we sometimes offer through another listing on this site. (note: photo on page is of the larger species)

This genus of adorable little beetles are often fuzzy and tend to be associated with dune systems. Too cute to miss out on! They are only thought to live a year as adults and of course we cannot guarantee anything beyond live arrival, since age is unknown. They do live in areas with finer sand and tend to burrow during the day and come out in the evening hours. They are nocturnal but they make daytime appearances sometimes too.

The beetles offered in the listing are in the 6 to 7 mm range. They are dinky, but you will LOVE them!
