Description

Porcellionides floria, the flowery blue isopod, are the less common cousin to P. pruinosus. The two species are virtually identical and so our ID is based purely on our having started our culture of this species from specimens on my property here in Arizona. P. pruinosus barely ever occurs in Arizona.
